Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
