Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus. - Strong understanding of application design and development processes. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Argus. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 6+ years of experience in Oracle Argus or Aris Global LSMV Ability to lead and manage the team with experience in release planning & execution, application support, work allocation Technical expertise in database and configurations. Preferably PostgresSQL Good understanding of database model and able to work on integration changes Ability to query DB and investigate the issues and generate reports Good understanding of case processing workflow for local and global markets Ability to work directly with business users Coordinate between business users and vendor for application support and enhancements Ability to understand end-to-end case processing workflow and its configurations
