Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure custom software applications tailored to meet specific project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive project success and innovation within the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization techniques.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with various enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
