Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing existing processes, and creating innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will also engage in discussions with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application design and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in regular reviews of application designs to ensure they meet business needs and technical standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process mapping and workflow design. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Familiarity with integration techniques for various business applications. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing robotic process automation solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
