Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes analyzing existing systems, developing new features, and ensuring that applications align with organizational goals. Continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the project environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Angular.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Ability to integrate back-end services with front-end components effectively.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
