Summary: As a Human Resources Advisory Lead, you will lead, develop, implement, and integrate initiatives or programs related to various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, payroll, and workforce data administration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, providing expert guidance on global process design, and ensuring the effective deployment and maintenance of contractual scopes of work. You will engage with stakeholders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
