Java Developer – Techno-Functional (Payments)
Job Summary
As a Java Developer in a techno-functional role, you will deliver payment solutions and coordinate with vendors for a leading Middle East bank. You will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable payment applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java-based payment solutions.
Act as a liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams.
Ensure compliance with payment standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.
Support integration with payment platforms and banking systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Must-Have Skills
Java development for payment systems
Experience in techno-functional roles and vendor coordination
Knowledge of payment standards and compliance
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to payment platforms (e.g., Volpay, GPP)
Familiarity with microservices and API integration
Professional Attributes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience
5–10 years in payments technology, with techno-functional experience
Work Location
India (Bangalore or Hyderabad preferred)
