Job Description Job Title Java Developer – Techno-Functional (Payments) Job Summary As a Java Developer in a techno-functional role, you will deliver payment solutions and coordinate with vendors for a leading Middle East bank. You will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable payment applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java-based payment solutions. • Act as a liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams. • Ensure compliance with payment standards and regulatory requirements. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing. • Support integration with payment platforms and banking systems. • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Must-Have Skills • Java development for payment systems • Experience in techno-functional roles and vendor coordination • Knowledge of payment standards and compliance Good-to-Have Skills • Exposure to payment platforms (e.g., Volpay, GPP) • Familiarity with microservices and API integration Professional Attributes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
