Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and addressing any issues through maintenance or enhancements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the day, ensuring that the software meets evolving needs and operates efficiently across different client environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing Java applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
