Summary
You will design, build, and enhance SAP BRIM Contract Accounting (FI CA) solutions while leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate configuration, testing, documentation, and integration work. The focus of this role is to deliver enterprise-grade SAP enhancements, integrate pre built AI services, and uplift productivity through AI assisted workflows—without requiring deep model training or advanced agentic/RAG development.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Functional & Technical Delivery
Configure and enhance SAP BRIM FI CA components to support business processes such as billing, invoicing, dunning, credit checks, payments, and contract accounting.
Use AI copilots and LLM assisted tools for drafting functional specs, generating test cases, documentation, and accelerating development workflows.
Support end to end deliverables: requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Integrate SAP BRIM with surrounding SAP and non SAP systems using standard APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
AI Assisted Productivity
Apply AI assisted tools to validate configuration, automate routine analysis, generate insights, and enhance error resolution.
Incorporate pre built AI services (e.g., classification, summarization, anomaly detection) into SAP workflows where beneficial.
Use copilots to accelerate debugging, data analysis, documentation, and impact assessment.
Quality, Governance & Collaboration
Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, audit, and performance guidelines.
Partner with engineering, functional, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP configurations.
Support workshops, solution walkthroughs, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, configuration patterns, and best practices for AI assisted SAP delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
SAP Expertise
Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM FI CA including:
o Business partner management
o Invoicing processes
o Payment and dunning
o Convergent charging/billing flows
o Contract accounting integrations
Experience working across multiple SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, FICA, CRM) and integration via CPI/PI/PO/APIs.
AI Ready Skills
Hands on experience using AI assisted development tools: copilots, LLM based spec generation, test script creation, documentation automation.
Ability to integrate pre built AI services into SAP processes (e.g., predictive insights, automated validations).
Understanding of AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI practices—but not deep involvement in RAG, embeddings, or agentic architectures.
General Technical & Professional Skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to translate business needs into SAP configurations.
Familiarity with SQL/queries, data validation, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to contribute in team discussions and client interactions.
Continuous learning mindset with openness to adopting AI assisted workflows.
Good to Have
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) for integrations.
Experience using automation tools for testing (e.g., Tricentis, CBTA) with AI assisted extensions.
Outcome Expectations
Deliver faster, high quality SAP BRIM solutions using AI enabled productivity.
Act as a bridge between business, traditional SAP engineering teams, and AI native teams when deeper AI expertise is required.
Improve SAP process efficiency through thoughtful, safe adoption of AI assisted tooling.
