Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires managing the deployment of solutions either on cloud platforms or on-premises environments, ensuring they meet production standards. The work often includes leveraging generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities. Additionally, the role may involve exploring and implementing various AI techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis to create innovative and efficient solutions that address complex challenges across different domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of artificial intelligence models into scalable applications to meet business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
- Knowledge of image processing techniques and their integration into AI solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
