Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects and aligning the development process with business goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL Server.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Experience in version control systems and collaborative development environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
