Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall project direction, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Proven success in delivering end-to-end technical solutions and infrastructure deployments tailored to client needs. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Automation architect with cloud architecture skills, DevOps, and automation. - Need Knowledge on automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, and Kubernetes. - Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes, DevOps, AWS, Azure. - Strong understanding of container orchestration and management. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kubernetes. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
