Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring project progress, and implementing strategies to meet project goals. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
