Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. By defining and implementing key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution, ultimately driving quality across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevSecOps, Security Penetration Testing, Application Security, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). - Must have experience on Application Security Testing or IT Security Engineering - Must have hands on experience with Application Security solutions (SAST, SCA, IAST, API) and vulnerability analysis. - Must have hands on experience with implementing security controls in the CI/CD pipeline. - Must have technical experience in infrastructure setup for Application security and Penetration testing tools. - Must have strong understanding and experience with project planning and execution, application on-boarding or service adoption, and agile delivery. - Must have very good knowledge of the Azure cloud ecosystem and its native capabilities. - Should have good knowledge on networking, operating systems, scripting, version control basics (e.g., Git). - Should be Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs. - Should have Technical communication and documentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing. - The candidate should be willing to work from our client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week. - A 15 years full time education is required.
