Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, while also overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
