Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive maintenance and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. - Strong understanding of application deployment processes and methodologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
