Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment, and managing the delivery of tailored software solutions that meet client requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to drive project success and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures that support application requirements.
- Experience in translating complex business needs into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data models within broader software architectures.
- Familiarity with database design principles and data governance best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to ensure data integrity and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
