Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met, and adapting strategies to align with organizational goals. You will also monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and facilitate communication among team members to ensure a seamless workflow. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and delivering value to the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Financial Management Reporting, Resource Capacity Forecasting & Planning, Reporting Analytics. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
