Summary: We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Oracle HCM Fast Formula Consultant to join our Oracle practice . The ideal candidate will lead and deliver Fast Formula development across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, manage a team of consultants, and collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and support. This is a leadership-oriented technical role that requires both deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula and strong stakeholder management skills. Roles & Responsibilities: • Own the design, development, and delivery of Fast Formulas for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including: o Absence Management o Payroll o Benefits o Eligibility Profiles o Compensation • Lead a team of developers and support consultants working on HCM technical components. • Work closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to translate business rules into Fast Formula logic. • Oversee quality assurance of technical deliverables and ensure alignment with project timelines. • Support solution architecture discussions and provide guidance on best practices for formula development and optimization. • Collaborate on data integration requirements using HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports. • Provide technical leadership during testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare phases. • Mentor junior team members and support skill development initiatives within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: • 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with 4+ years of hands-on Fast Formula development experience. • Proven expertise in modules such as: o Absence Management o Global Payroll o Benefits o Compensation • Strong experience with: o HCM Data Loader (HDL) o HCM Extracts o BI Publisher (BIP) Reports • Excellent understanding of Oracle HCM data model and business processes • Experience in solutioning and effort estimation for HCM technical components. • Ability to handle client interactions independently and lead a team in a global delivery model. • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification. • Experience in Agile/DevOps delivery models. • Experience in presales, proposal creation, or client presentations. Additional Information: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. • Master’s degree or MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
