Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance system efficiency. You will also participate in discussions regarding software architecture and capacity planning, ensuring that applications meet performance standards and user expectations. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem detection and resolution, contributing to the overall success of performance engineering initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture. - Knowledge of capacity planning and application performance management. - Familiarity with problem detection and resolution techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
