Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Key Responsibilities: a: Collaborate with our many stakeholders and business areas to understand the business issues and data challenges, thereafter, developing requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution b: Design of Data Models and ETL pipelines to meet the business requirements in the most efficient manner c: Work effectively across the team to playback the business challenges and proposed changes d:Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. e:Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. f:Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. g:Analyze data and trends to support decision-making processes and improve business outcomes. Technical Experience: a: Cloud migration experience b: Analysis across large scale data warehousing projects c: Dimensional modelling and ETL pipeline design d: Translating diffuse and complex business requirements into user stories covering functional, non-functional, security and acceptance criteria e:Excellent SQL skills enabling large scale data transformation and analysis f: Experience in cloud based ETL environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
