Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. 10+ years experience. 2. Serve as the solution architect for Salesforce Sales Cloud. Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Manufacturing Cloud knowledge- good to have 3. Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, including Agentforce (preferred), ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions. 4. Lead technical design and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and robust data modeling practices. 5. Define and enforce Access and Sharing models to ensure secure and compliant data access across the platform. 6. Drive integration architecture between Salesforce and ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. 7. Make informed decisions on customization vs. standardization, balancing business needs with platform best practices. 8. Oversee CI/CD pipelines and release management processes to ensure smooth deployments and minimal disruption. 9. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automated testing, version control, and rollback strategies. 10. Lead cross-functional technical teams, mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of excellence. 11. Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage expectations. 12. Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards. 13. Contribute to internal capability building through knowledge sharing, training, and participation in Salesforce communities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
