Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for providing support to users, helping them navigate through any challenges they may encounter, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Understanding of system performance metrics and monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
