Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and facilitating communication across various teams to maintain project momentum. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations while optimizing the use of available tools, training, and assets. The Security Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving project progress and ensuring quality outcomes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable identity solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex identity and access management issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
