Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to deliver high-quality applications that meet user needs. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application functionality and user experience, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: -Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions for Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. -Collaborate with stakeholders and Enterprise Architects to gather integration requirements. Advise on technical designs and provide guidance to engineering teams, preparing detailed technical flows and integration architecture diagrams. -Develop high-quality software solutions using Salesforce APIs, Apex, and other relevant technologies. Utilize third-party APIs to extend Salesforce capabilities and meet business needs. -Review and optimize existing integration architecture and code to improve performance and scalability of complex software systems. -Partner with engineers on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of integrations, providing expert guidance and technical oversight. -We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Integration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure our integration solutions are robust, scalable, and secure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design patterns. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
