Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to define project scopes and timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the application development process, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team input and creativity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
