Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of user access controls and authorization concepts within SAP environments. - Experience in implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data. - Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Security. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
