Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of a program or project, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in steering the project towards success while fostering collaboration and transparency among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and facilitate knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management software and tools. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - A 15 years full time education is required.
