Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on intricate enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities to optimize technology expenditures, and uncovering value drivers that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the advisor develops and deploys innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that the enterprise remains competitive and agile in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving successful outcomes throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adaptive Insight.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise environments and recommend appropriate platform solutions.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry- and function-specific technology assets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic settings.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adaptive Insight.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
