Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills : Japanese Language
Good to have skills : COBOL

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components and designing solutions tailored to client requirements. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of software applications, ensuring they meet quality standards. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve existing systems. Collaboration with team members and clients to understand project needs and deliver effective software solutions is an integral part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex software requirements.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying project demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
