Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA FICO Senior Professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role demands deep functional expertise (SME), strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive digital finance transformation across the enterprise. • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions • Manage and mentor a team of SAP S/4 HANA FICO consultants and analysts • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of FICO functionalities • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR) • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP best practices • Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations • Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams • Manage data migration using tools like LSMW and BDC • Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams for project delivery Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of SAP S/4 HANA FICO experience, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA) • Deep understanding of integration points with SD, MM, HR modules • Experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, Azure Dev Ops and PBI reporting tool • Familiarity with Investment Management and Project Systems is a plus • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Soft Skills • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences • High attention to detail and commitment to quality Education & Certifications • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field • SAP S/4 HANA FICO certification preferred
