Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of high-impact activities that are crucial to the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, providing insights and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. - Experience with cloud-based HR solutions and their implementation. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve system functionalities. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
