Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of security operations to a cloud-managed environment. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, ensuring robust protection across cloud platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to secure access service edge architectures.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable security frameworks for cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with network security protocols, identity and access management, and threat prevention techniques.
- Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures to support managed security services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
