Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project alignment and progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Spring and Angular. - Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, enhancing application deployment and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
