As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and strategic alignment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities and delivery efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform integration and transformation methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions across diverse business functions.
- Ability to analyze complex technology landscapes and recommend cost-effective strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology assets and their application in enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
