Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and user feedback. - Experience in agile product development methodologies. - Ability to create and maintain product documentation and specifications. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
