Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves offering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing significant enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. Additionally, the position involves developing and deploying advanced technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients benefit from innovative and effective technology assets. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals is a central aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing large-scale technology transformation projects involving multiple platforms.
- Ability to design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and platform interoperability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
