Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and strategic alignment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities and delivery efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise platform advisory.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions across diverse business functions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technology cost optimization strategies and value realization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Extend.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
