Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Summary: As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will engage in designing specialized solutions that align with the unique needs of the business. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that service fulfillment meets performance measurements and service level agreements. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting these metrics, while also focusing on delivering business value and optimizing processes in partnership with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between service fulfillment teams and clients to ensure alignment on performance expectations. - Analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions. - Familiarity with performance measurement tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
