Summary: As an IAM Architect, you will define and lead the identity and access management strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies, compliance mandates, and business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and document IAM architecture, implementing Saviynt-based identity governance controls, and supporting the transition to managed IAM operations. You will also provide strategic guidance on IAM best practices and contribute to building a secure, scalable identity ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IAM and Saviynt. - Lead and manage teams to deliver IAM solutions effectively. - Own and drive key architectural decisions across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine IAM strategies. - Provide solutions to complex identity-related challenges across enterprise systems. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM architecture and frameworks. - Conduct regular assessments of IAM controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. - Architect and implement SSO and MFA solutions using AD Federation Services, Okta, and Entra ID. - Design and enforce IAM governance models including identity lifecycle, access certification, and RBAC. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Saviynt Identity Governance (IGA) with deep proficiency in configuration, customization, and end-to-end solution delivery. - Proven ability to design and implement integrations with: Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory (AD), Office 365, -ServiceNow, Workday, Okta Identity Cloud - Serve as the overall Identity Architect, responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide identity strategy across hybrid and cloud environments. - Lead architecture and implementation of SSO solutions using AD Federation Services, Okta, and Entra ID, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies. - Develop scalable IAM frameworks aligned with business and security objectives, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management and governance. - Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and SOAP/REST APIs—especially across Saviynt, Workday, and Microsoft Graph. - Deep understanding of IAM principles, including account provisioning, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement. - Foundational expertise in network and security architectures, including firewalls, WAFs, and VPNs. - Experience implementing access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle workflows. - Skilled in access risk analysis and mitigation across complex enterprise ecosystems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
