Summary: We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Technical Architect to design, govern, and deliver enterprise-scale PLM solutions focused on manufacturing planning, ERP integration, supplier collaboration, and regulatory compliance. The architect will define the overall technical architecture for Teamcenter implementations involving Easy Plan, IQMS integration, Supplier Collaboration, and Substance Compliance, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Define end-to-end PLM solution architecture using Siemens Teamcenter. - Design scalable and secure integration architectures between Teamcenter and: - Easy Plan (manufacturing process planning, MBOM). - IQMS (DELMIAWorks) ERP integration. - Supplier Collaboration. - Substance Compliance . - Design scalable EBOM–MBOM alignment and manufacturing data flows. - Define data models, workflows, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise standards. - Create logical, physical, and integration architecture diagrams. - Establish data models, canonical data structures, and interface contracts. - Technical Leadership & Governance: - Act as the technical authority for Teamcenter implementations. - Review and approve solution designs, code, and configuration artifacts. - Define best practices, coding standards, and integration guidelines. - Ensure compliance with Siemens PLM best practices and enterprise architecture standards. - Guide development teams during implementation and issue resolution. - Evaluate impact of upgrades, patches, and new Siemens releases. - Manufacturing & ERP Integration: - Implement and support Teamcenter Easy Plan for manufacturing process planning and MBOM management. - Integrate Teamcenter with IQMS: ERP for BOM, routing, and manufacturing data synchronization. - Support alignment between EBOM, MBOM, and shop-floor execution systems. - Troubleshoot data consistency and integration issues across PLM and ERP systems. - Supplier Collaboration - Configure and customize Teamcenter Supplier Collaboration for secure data sharing with external suppliers. - Implement access control, data segregation, and supplier-specific workflows. - Enable supplier collaboration for CAD data, BOMs, documents, and change processes. - Substance Compliance & Regulatory: - Implement Teamcenter Substance Compliance solutions to support RoHS, REACH, IMDS, and similar regulations. - Configure material and substance data models and compliance workflows. - Integrate compliance data with product structures and change processes. - Stakeholder & Delivery Management: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Support presales activities, solution estimation, and technical proposals. - Provide technical leadership during UAT, deployment, and production support. - Mentor and coach Teamcenter developers and integration engineers. - Prepare and present architecture documents to technical and non-technical audiences. - Core Teamcenter & PLM: - Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture and deployment models. - Strong hands-on and design-level experience with: - Easy Plan - Supplier Collaboration - Substance Compliance - Advanced knowledge of BMIDE data modeling, workflows, and preferences. - Expertise in ITK and SOA (Java/C++) at architecture and governance level. - Strong understanding of Teamcenter security, performance, and scalability. Integration & Manufacturing Systems - Proven experience integrating Teamcenter with IQMS or similar ERP systems. - Strong understanding of: - EBOM–MBOM alignment - Manufacturing process planning - Shop-floor data integration -Experience with integration middleware is a plus. - Development & Tools: - Java and/or C++ (architecture-level proficiency). - SQL and database performance concepts (Oracle / SQL Server). - REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON. - DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management for PLM solutions. - Cloud or hybrid PLM deployment knowledge is an advantage. Compliance & Supplier Management: - In-depth understanding of global product compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, IMDS). -Experience designing material declaration and compliance data governance models. - Strong knowledge of supplier collaboration processes and IP protection. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 14+ years of PLM experience, including Teamcenter technical architecture roles. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - A 15-year full time education is required.
