Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that transformation initiatives are well-supported through detailed business cases and strategic guidance during implementation. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous assessment of business processes are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business models and processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to support transformation initiatives through business case development and implementation guidance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
