Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the software lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing the integration of various components, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and continuously refining the application to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of your daily activities, enabling the delivery of robust and efficient software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Strong experience in distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows.
- Knowledge of integrating PySpark applications with cloud platforms and data storage solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
