Business Analyst – SaaS Product & Workflow Automation Experience: 6–10 years Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end business analysis process from discovery to delivery for complex product features. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for campaign management, budgeting, logistics, and feedback workflows. • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal and external stakeholders. • Support the design and optimization of workflows using tools like Camunda or n8n. • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business goals. • Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement. • Drive UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business objectives. Skills & Experience • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects. • Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and agile methodologies. • Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications. • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro. • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research to gather relevant information, and synthesizing this data to propose effective business solutions. You will also assess the current state of operations and identify customer requirements, ultimately defining the future state that aligns with organizational goals and technological advancements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation to support business processes and system designs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
