Summary: As a Procurement Practice Representative, you will deliver procurement and category management services, ensuring effective strategic sourcing and managing client stakeholder relationships. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to optimize supplier performance and enhance procurement processes, while also addressing any challenges that arise in the procurement lifecycle. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment on procurement objectives. - Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. - Experience with supplier relationship management and performance evaluation. - Ability to conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing strategies. - Familiarity with contract negotiation and management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
