Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving the successful delivery of software components. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, along with continuous engagement to align technical efforts with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and efficient user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of integration techniques and RESTful APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
