Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, developing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring that the delivery processes are efficient and effective. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, and continuously seek ways to enhance the delivery analytics framework. Your role will also include testing and validating software applications to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in delivery analytics. - Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug software applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
