Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the operational needs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in discussions to refine project specifications and contribute to the overall success of the technology initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with NAS Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure management. - Experience with storage provisioning and management. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
