Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns with precision, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any issues that arise. Your commitment to quality will be evident in every interaction, as you strive to enhance the client experience and maintain system integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Continuously assess and improve support processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly. - Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
