Summary: As a Content Development Representative, you will engage in the creation and refinement of content tailored for diverse marketing campaigns and programs. Your typical day will involve strategizing content direction, collaborating with various teams, and providing insightful communications guidance to senior leadership and program teams, ensuring that all content aligns with organizational goals and resonates with target audiences. You will also monitor the effectiveness of content initiatives and make necessary adjustments to enhance engagement and impact. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement innovative content strategies that align with marketing objectives. - Analyze content performance metrics to inform future content development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Content Management. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. - Experience with content management systems and tools. - Ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various formats. - Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance content visibility. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Content Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
